Getting Error “API Token is Not Valid”

As instructed,
I went to WordPress Backend > Zoho Account > New Account, and clicked on
“You can get Zoho API token from here. “Then I was redirected to Zoho app, I authenticated it and got the access Token.
I pasted it in API Token field and saved.
Then I got the errors:
API Token is Not Valid
