Lookup Field (select Name -> store id)

    How can i insert an lookup select field with mysql mapping.
    The user should be able to select the name from a different table and the id of this name should be stored in the field. How can i implement this with form maker?

  • Hi,

    When adding a new field click on Select Field > Advanced Options > Enable option’s value (tick the checkbox to enable it.)

    Now, when you press on the button From Database and choose table, you will see the fields Select a name and Select a Value.

    In the value field, you should choose the ID as well.
