Can not change user password and delete account from profile page

  • Hello,

    I can not change user password and can not delete account from profile web page.
    I am workin on 2.0.35 UM plugin version. Any one know how to fix it?

    Also tested conflict with others plugins – earlier it worked.

    Hi @pw031,

    What user role do you use? Please go to the Ultimate member -> User roles -> your user role e.g. member and make sure that “Can delete their account?” is enabled.
    Please also let us know what error do you see, attach screenshots if possible.

    HI, I’ve found error. Issue was with

    add_action(‘um_account_pre_update_profile’, ‘getUMFormData’, 100);

    action in functions.php file. Fortunately I do not need it more ?? so problem solved.

    Hi,

    i have this problem too.
    on the main profile site is not possible to edit the account. (password etc.)
    I have to first click on “edit profile” then comments and then it is possible.

    Do you have an idea why this could be?
