Redirect all non-logged in users to the wp-login screen

Hi all,

I have taken this code: https://gist.github.com/strangerstudios/1332730 and added it my functions.php on the site. It works well for all the pages, except the homepage.

Can someone assist with adjusting the code so that even the homepage is redirected to the wp-login when a non-logged in user lands on it?
