[Plugin: Event Registration] Missing Records 56-61, Any Way to Retrieve Them?

  • The attendee list for my current event has records 56 – 61 missing. I know these people have registered, since I have received the John Doe has just registered for you event email. Record 62 is me, testing to make sure everything is working and it is recording my information fine. Is there a way to retrieve these missing records?

  • How many events do you have? All records for all events goes into the same table, so if event 1 has a person register and their record was 1 and then event 2 has a person register they will have record 2, and then the next person register for event 1, their record will be 3, so for example event 1 would list IDs for 1 and 3.

    The event with the missing records is the only active event. I checked the other event which was deactivated a month ago and the records are not there.

    Is there a way for me to view the database records other than through the WP-Admin or Exporting the records as Excel? Can I directly access the information in the database?
