    Ever since the update added site search to the plugin, my site search has been “broken.” Results are no longer case insensitive, I am getting back irrelevant and often wrong results. Just go to coinsblog.ws and do a search.

    On the administrative page, searching for a post also does not work properly. Aside from not getting the proper results, posts that are marked as drafts or deleted are also included in the search.

    If I disable the plugin, the problems are not fixed. I have not tried to delete it because so much work has gone into the my word list that I am afraid of not being able to recreate it. I will try that once I log into the back end and have mysql dump the word list to a file for me.

    Hi @dcdawg,

    thanks for reporting this! I got an email from another user too so I just released a hotfix, version 1.11.1.

    I might have been hooking the search results wrong, I will fix that later, so I disabled my search-hook in v1.11.1

    Would you please update to this version and let me know if the problems are fixed?

    @dcdawg I found it! In v1.11.2 it’s fixed.

    Sorry… it does not work right. It’s giving me too many results.

    On the blog search, it should only give me blog posts but it is also giving me pictures and the sitemap. Before, it only gave me blog posts, which is what I want.

    From the Posts page on the admin panel, no change. It is giving me everything including saved autodrafts, the sitemap, and picture pages. It should only give me posts.

    Maybe this is a feature you want to abandon for now?

    Hey @dcdawg,

    can you tell me what version you have now, 1.11.1 or 1.11.2? The latter seems to work fine at my local environment.

    Also, it might be good to know for me, if you open the General Options of the plugin, do you see some defaults there?

    If you have 1.11.2, I’ll disable the search again until I resolve it ??

    It seems to be occurring when the admin has not set any preferences yet. Ofcourse, this does not have to be a requirement so I made a new adjustment.

    I really think 1.11.4 fixes your problems, I hope you would like to test this for me and let me know?
