    Version 1.6.5: “Added the ability to purge the WP Server Stats Cache from the admin bar. Added as per users demand.”

    Please make this optional (I don’t need this) or move it into the Dashboard (away from the top bar), but the text of this new ability is way too much for my top bar!
    I have some other plugins with – daily needed – top bar extensions installed, and your (not needed) additional text takes so much space that even logout becomes impossible!
    So – sadly – I have to deactivate your plugin which is now unusable for me.

    Please change something to make it usable again!

    What text do you expect to show there? That option is added as per many user’s request so that when they upgrade their server, they can clear the cache and see the latest details.

    No text at all!
    My top bar is full with text of other plugins.
    It’s OK if other users need this option, but please make it optional (in the settings page) or move it away from the top bar.

    OK. Will think about an alternative approach.

    Yes please add the ability to remove, even if in wp-config like

    define(‘WPSERVERSTATS_ADMINBAR_DISABLE’, true);

    @djquadrocks Awesome idea mate. Already coded this change now pushing the update. With this new release, you can disable the Admin Bar purge cache option exactly as you stated above.

    Just to let you guys know that v1.6.6 is now up with the ability to disable the Purge cache option by adding a small like in WP-Config file.

    Got it and it works. Thanks! One thing to note on your FAQ you using ticks instead of single quotes

    It’s
    define(‘WPSERVERSTATS_ADMINBAR_DISABLE’, true);
    not
    define(‘WPSERVERSTATS_ADMINBAR_DISABLE’, true);

    I’m using a single quote there. Copy paste it to notepad or some code editor you will see. This is a common UTF thing that messes up the single and double quote.
