Using Excerpts

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to configure the theme so that it shows Excerpts insert of regular content.

    In index.php, I changed <?php the_content(); ?> for <?php the_excerpt(); ?>. It works fine everywhere except when I click on a post to see it in full view: the full view post is blank.

    Does anybody know what I might be doing wrong?

  • Sounds like you have a problem in your theme’s single.php template file.

    Change to default theme and have a check with it..if it will resovle then there must be an issue with theme..
