Ghost Attribute in a group and double quote character

Hi,
i have a group and attributes in the group.
i assigned 19 attributes in a group and no.19 shows ok for the group on the attribute group page.
but when i click up-down arrow button to see what’s in it, it shows 20 attributes. and it also shows in actual table too.
how can i delete the extra attribute that is not exist in the group page?
the extra only shows in the rearrange attribute popup windows

i look all possible database field, but no luck.

additionally, i believe that the ghost attribute was created by “(double quote) in the text field of an attribute. i entered a text like {19” standard} (without brackets) and then it created double attributes. i might be wrong.
