Feature Request… Sort Media

  • Just throwing the idea out there that it would be great to be able to click on the File, Author, Attached to, Comments, and Date headings in the Media Library to sort by those criteria. Ideally it would be great to have ascending and descending order as well.

  • Agreed, I just started making changes to a photo heavy site, 100s of photos. I just noticed i can’t sort my images by name and therefore the next couple hours will be very hellish. A sort media feature would be ideal.

    Yes I totally shared the idea thrown by SS_Minnow too.
    It’s VERY inconvenient to only have a default sort by date.
    Strange that no one really worked on that…
    Anyone knowing a good plugin? Help would be much appreciated.
