    Hello,
    Thanks for offering a great plugin.
    I have imported reviews and they now exist in WordPress. The star ratings show as they should on all of the products pages, but the reviews themselves are not shown on any of them.
    Everything is activated. I contacted my developer and they told me to contact you as (according to them) there is nothing stopping the reviews from being displayed.

    Please help.

    Yes, I can see all of the reviews in the admin area. I can see the ones I imported as well as new reviews submitted since installing this plugin. They just don’t show up on the products pages.

    Okay, I see. Then, most likely display of reviews is disabled in WooCommerce settings. Please check this support article for possible solutions: https://cusrev.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000033867-reviews-not-showing-on-product-page

    Thank you again for the quick response.
    The reviews are activated both in the WooCommerce settings and in the individual product settings as described in the support page you recommended.

    Is there anything else that it could be?

    Yes, it could also be reasons #3 and #4 in the support article I shared. Reviews is the standard feature of WooCommerce. They will be shown even if you don’t have our plugin. Please try to deactivate our plugin and see if this resolves the issue. If it doesn’t help, then the problem is definitely either #3 or #4.

    Same problem.

    I see the stars and the comments on my admin panel, but the reviews tab on products is missing.

    Thanks for the follow up.

    Yes, we had the setting correct. It turns out that the issue was on the website developers end. They seem to have it figured out now.

    One more thing….I don’t want anybody to be able to leave a review if they haven’t purchased anything. If I check the ” Reviews can only be left by “verified owners”” option in the WooCommerce Products settings, will customers still be able to leave reviews without having a website login when they receive the review request email after purchase?

    Yes, customers will still be able to leave reviews because the plugin will send them review invitations with secret URLs known only to them.
