    Hello,
i got some problems and i want to restore my backup. But i get this error message:

Move /home/www/wordpress/wp-content/languages -> /home/www/wordpress/wp-content/languages-old: Failed. Destination Directory UID=1016, GID=1016. Effective/real user IDs of the current process: 1016/1016. Effective/real group IDs of the current process: 1016/1016.

Should i delete the languages folder from ftp?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Do you see a “Delete Old Directories” button from your WP dashboard? If you do, you can click on it and then do another restore.

If not, then you will have to manually delete the files via FTP.

    Hi @bcrodua

thanks for your reply. There is a button but when I click on it, it fails to delete the files. Can I delete the language-old folder without doubts?

    Thanks again

    Hi,

Yes you can delete it from ftp/cPanel, but when you click on “Delete Old Directories”, is it the only folder which is not deleted?

    Thanks,

I think it was the only folder. I will check the next time i want to restore.

    Thanks a lot
