Backup download doesnt work

    Hi everyone im trying to download my backup but i get this message :

    /tmp/mozilla_user/gkRm+g5L.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

    also tried with an other browser but there it says no connection
    what could be the problem ?

    I have found the issue causing this error.
    It was my caching plugin, so you should check your caching plugin, if you got the same error as example Swift Performance Lite is working without issue.

    So this thread is closed.
