    Hey guys,

I have your plugin in an internal VPN network. I made changes in code to these columns (First Name, Last Name, Email, Department, Phone)manually: stafflist.php:85-94 and also a couple of changes to CSS.

Updating the plugin, removes all changes I made. Can you please help ?

    Hello @metalflower88,

You can override WordPress styles (or plugin styles) using the customizer:
Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

If you’re familiar with how CSS works (and by the sound of your question above, you are), it’s recommended that you compose your CSS overrides here, instead of directly to a plugin, since (as you guessed), those changes will be reverted with every successive plugin update.

The second part of your request (about customizing Standard Column titles) was one we’ve heard before. If you update the plugin to v.2.5.4, you’ll see a new panel on the StaffList back-end for making these customizations. As these values are saved to your WP options, they will no longer be reverted with every successive plugin update.

    Thank you for using StaffList.
