Product slug is show instead of product name in the vendor dashboard.

  • In vendor dashboard, after I add product using ‘create & add new’. The product gets listed in the vendor dashboard but instead of product name, the product slug is shown. The product title can be changed by editing. I need to show the product title instead of product slug in the product list.

    The issue is already marked as a bug and will be resolved in the next release. But for now, to get rid of the issue you can disable the pop-up option on the add-product. This will help you with a temporary solution until the latest version is released.

    Navigate to wp-admin–>Dokan–>Settings–>Selling option

    Check the box and save the settings.

    I disabled the pop-up option button. After that when I add the product, it shows the following error.

    I tried to enable the payment methods, the settings are not saved. But shows the settings are saved successfully.

    In case you are using the Dokan Stripe connect module you will need to make sure your vendor is connected with their stripe account. If you are not using the gateway you can just disable the module. As it is a feature of the paid plugin I am unable to discuss any further in this forum. If you need our help please contact here.
