    Hi guys,

It’s been a while since most of my AMP pages were submitted to Googles index, and it seems that they are all eventually going to go through (touch wood) but now there seems to be a problem with my ‘contact form’ pages.

I have four pages that are using ‘Visual Contact Form Builder’ and all are returning the error:

A mandatory attribute is missing from an HTML tag

…and on inspecting further, the error reads:

The mandatory attribute ‘action-xhr’ is missing in tag ‘FORM [method=POST]’.

Strange one this, as only a couple of days ago the contact forms weren’t showing.

Now they ARE showing but with the above errors.

How can I fix this error?

    Hi @steveraven,

The form which you are using is not compatible with amp version please remove it in amp version because it uses the attribute of action and in the amp, it is not allowed and it uses action-xhr attribute.

    Ok then, next question:

How do I remove it in the AMP version, whilst keeping it live on the full version?

    Hang on, got it.

You use the AMP page builder, right?

    Okey dokey – all solved!
