The Admin area of Memphis Documents Library do not appear in the Dashboard

looks like you have removed admin role rights. To fix this you need to download another plugin.

https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/user-role-editor/

then check the admin capiablites and make sure you have the following:

mdocs_allow_upload
mdocs_allow_upload_frontend
mdocs_batch_delete
mdocs_batch_edit
mdocs_batch_move
mdocs_manage_options
mdocs_manage_settings

if not add them and make sure they are checked.

I am still having this issue, even after following the fix above.

What role type did you check, make sure it’s the same role you are.

Hello, same issue, user role installed and all roles ok.

@nehemiah459 you are not looking in the right area. The caps are listed in the “Custom Capabilities”

If you don’t see them there add them and check them all for admin.
