Publish button gone after update to 2.0.36

Hi,
After upgrading two of my websites to UM 2.0.36 the Publish button has disappeared in both the Page and Post editor pages. The space reserved for this blue button is still there in the “Publish” part on the right, but the Publish button itself is gone.

I have a third website without UM and this site does not have this problem. Less than 12 hours ago I had no problem with the Publish button on any of the three websites, but after the update this problem showed up on the two with UM.
