• My restricted access message should be appearing on the page below. Instead, the page redirects to the log-in page. I do not have any pages set as the redirect. At one time, I did have the log-in page set as the redirect and it worked. But since I’ve removed it, it still appears.

    Hi @cmckenney,

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
Please make sure to update to the latest 2.0.38 version.
Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

    It’s up to date:

    — UM Configurations —

    Version: 2.0.38
    Upgraded From: None
    Current URL Method:
    Cache User Profile: Yes
    Generate Slugs on Directories: Yes
    Rewrite Rules: Yes
    Force UTF-8 Encoding: No
    JS/CSS Compression: No
    Port Forwarding in URL: No
    Exclude CSS/JS on Home: No

Appreciate the feedback but I don’t see anything quick about a conflict test as indicted. I’m not an experienced developer. Thanks.
