Excerpts & Thumbnails not responsive?

    Hi,
    first of all thanks for the great plugin! One issue: Our Site is fully responsive and (on posts) AMP ready. On the main page where we use the RSS importer with Thumbnails, we see that the thumbnails are not responsive – They are always left of the excerpt and we had to make them much smaller, so that the mobile view is readable. My question: is there a way to have them above the excerpt in full size on mobile views?
