XML Sitemap Error

  • Hey,

    When viewing the sitemap.xml it appears blank.

    I’ve excluded it from the WP Rocket cache and enabled WP_DEBUG.

    It now shows this error:

    This page contains the following errors:
    error on line 2 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document
    Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

    I have unchecked the ‘Enable XML Image Sitemaps’ option and flushed permalinks, but I still receive the error.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,
    first, make sure tu update to the latest version of our plugin (3.3.5).
    Then, clear your cache, and see if it works.
    If you still have trouble, share the link of your sitemap.

    I seriously want to dump Yoast and use this. I’m having issues with the sitemap also. On primary site cache plugin in ‘develpoer mode’ means cache is bypassed (either get parsing error or 404) – flush permalink suggestion not working. FWI sitemap already excluded in Swift performance

    On stage site – No cache pluging or ‘special htaccess rules’ 404 and again, suggestion ‘flush permalinks’ not working.

    I have entertained the idea of upgrading although there may be some overlap of features, but if I can’t get the simple things to work…
