• I’m wondering if this is just me. If I click on an image placed within my post, I get the little “delete” and “edit properties” buttons, but no resize nodes at the corners. The only way to resize the image is to go into Advanced Properties.

This only happens on Google Chrome. I thought it was just my Ubuntu install (Chrome under Linux doesn’t work with Flash as yet), but had the same problem under Windows XP.

Is there a fix or is this a known issue? I had a search on here and couldn’t find anyone else mentioning it.

  • I am having this problem in Safari and Chrome as well. Anyone know any fixes?

Glad I’m not the only one… just started using Chrome for Mac and this was going to be the bunker buster for me. 4.0.249.49 ‘beta’ – is there anything the coders at WordPress can do to overcome this or do we have to rely on Google?

Actually, it was working fine for me up until (I think) the 2.9.1 update. Now it doesn’t work again. Neither does the resize if I use the IEtab extension on Chrome.

    Works fine on Firefox though.

Here one more that have this problem.
My blog worked like this before:

The process of resizing images is fairly simple. There are usually two methods:

    1) You can resize an image through the use of tools provided which allow you to manually shift the edges of an image to deform or resize the image. The best way is to grab a corner, not the edge, to resize the image. The corner “handle” will usually resize the image maintaining the overall height-width ratio. Check your manual for specific instructions.

Now I have to go Advanced Properties. Is annoying.

Someone found how to resolve the problem??

    thank u

I checked in Firefox and works but not in Chrome, and I really hate FF.
