Crowdfunding Only Displays Sales&Backers When…

Hi, I set up the crowdfunding module which is awesome however the counter for the number of sales and backers only works when I go into woocommerce and set the order status from “processing” to “completed”. If I don’t change the order status the module doesn’t register that a customer has made a purchase. How can I get the module to register the customer made a purchase without changing the order status? Below is the shortcode I’m using:
