Issues with plugin slug

I’m Ivan from WPMU DEV. We are having issues with pro version of our Defender plugin. https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/wp-defender/

Since pro version of our plugin has the same slug as your WP Defender and is on 2.1 version, it gets automatically “updated” by WordPress updates to your WP Defender plugin since it has version 3.0.

You will notice that on your plugin stats it says that it has 60k+ active installations, which is actually the number of our Defender Pro installations.

This is very frustrating for users to get their plugin updated to something they don’t expect. We would change the slug of our pro version but it would make plugin deactivate on next update, which would leave users’ sites unprotected and we would like to avoid that if possible.

It would be best if you can change plugin slug to something else from wp-defender to avoid further confusion and issues.
