• All of a sudden (in the past month? We cannot pinpoint exactly when) our visual editor is displaying shortcodes rather than processing them and showing the visual editor. Please see this screenshot for what I mean:

    All plugins are up to date, as is WordPress core. Disabling plugins did absolutely nothing. SiteOrigin was of no help either, so we are kind of lost as this makes it impossible to edit existing pages that used the visual builder to create.

    I don’t think Black Studio TinyMCE Widget is related to this issue.
    Are you sure that whatever (theme/plugin) was processing those shortcodes is still in place?
    Please try to temporarily disable both Black Studio TinyMCE Widget and Page Builder by SiteOrigin and insert the shortcodes in a plain post/page. If they are still displayed unprocessed the problem does not depend on those plugins.
