Error with conditional logic

  • Hi guys,

    Been messing around with using conditional logic functions on ultimate member for a few hours and it’s driving me silly.

    At present, I have a radio button on the top of my page with two options:

    1) Individual or family
    2) Fellowship

    I have several sign up fields below the radio button, and I’m wanting all of the fields to not be visible until the user clicks on one of two options.

    I’ve tried several combinations of ‘show’, ‘hide’ and ‘hide’ and in various orders, but nothing matches what I’ve set it to in the conditional logic field.

    For example, ‘name of fellowship’ ‘hide’ if ‘registration type’ is ’empty’. When the user first clicks on the registration page, and no radio button option is selected, the ‘name of fellowship’ field is showing up on my page. This problem is happening with several fields and I can’t wrap my head around it.

    I’ve tried to search the forums and I can’t seem to find any simple solutions.

  • The value box is case sensitive. For example

    “Show” if – “title” – “equals to” “Individual or family”
