UC page still showing after turning it off

Hi i really love this plug in but i am finally ready to launch my site and the UC page is still showing. I can view the site normally if im logged into my wordpress dashboard but once i sign out the UC page still shows even in an incognito mode. It works on my phone though. I have deactivated and deleted the plug in as well. Please let me know what to do thanks!
