Space between logo and header

Thanks for using the Appointment theme.

For this, Please add the following CSS code in custom CSS field (Theme dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Header Setting -> Custom CSS Filed).

.navbar-header h1 { 
    margin-top: 20px;
}
