Wrong log stats

  • Hello,

    Thank you for this wonderful plugin! It helps me a lot to improve my website’s search result. However, when I look at the User Searches logs, some keywords have 0 hits but when I try to search the keyword it shows some results. Is it a bug or is there a problem with my setup? Sorry for my English, it’s not my native language. I hope you understand my problem.

    Try searching for the keyword with the Dashboard > Admin search in backend. Do you still get results, or 0 results?

    Search results are working fine in the backend as well. I just can’t understand why these keywords are listed in unsuccessful quwries with 0 hits even if they have results.

    When the search was made, Relevanssi found no hits for it. Perhaps the post matching the search term wasn’t published yet, or there were some search filters in use that prevented it from being found?

    There are no search filters in use sir. Well, I’m thinking of re-indexing the posts and I hope it will solve the issue. I’ll let you know the results.
