    Hi,

    I see the plugin requests users enter their full name, email, and phone number to get their home’s value.

    Is it possible to only collect the address entered and not the personal information?

    Is there a setting or change in the code we can make that changes the default behavior?

    Hi Michael,

    In the plugin settings, you can toggle whether or not the first name, last name, or phone number are required for form submission. You cannot disable the requirement of an email address being entered.

    So to answer your question, you cannot eliminate the collection of personal data altogether, but there is some flexibility as to what is required.

    Hi Michael,

    We have no systems/processes in place to collect the addresses, or any of the entered information, from users of this plugin. We can of course see queries being made to our server for property data, but we only review those logs when an issue comes up.

    I have installed the home value plugin but in the setting there is no field to enter the google api key, Also can you please explain how this plugin works? After submission will user gets the valuation of the places or the thank you message will display?

    Hello again,

    So, I’m looking specifically for a home valuation app that will allow the user to submit an address with no other information required on their part.

    Any chance of you doing a customization and if so, how much?

    Or, can you or anyone else reading this recommend another WordPress app?

    Hi Michael,

    Unfortunately that is not something we can offer at this time. If that becomes an option in the future we will certainly update you. That being said, if you’re not looking to collect any lead data whatsoever then you may just want to iframe in Zillow’s home value tool as it won’t cost you a dime and it requires no further info from the user:
