Add an option to display the TOC before the sub-page’s title & the post’s image

  • Hi,

    I would like to have my posts being displayed like this:

    Post Title
Author and other meta data
Table of Content (TOC)
Featured image if defined
Sub-page title
Sub-page content

    With the list-style TOC this probably seems a bit strange, but I’m customizing it to be displayed as a drop-down menu. Currently I cannot move the TOC before the sub-page title and the post’s featured image. Could there be an option for this?
