Loop – login page

Hello somehow I’ve managed to create a loop, so when you click the login page you just go back to home and I can’t get to wp-admin at all. I’ve tried disabling the Ultimate Member plugin as recommended by changing the folder name, but get the following error. Any ideas how I can restore the page redirects to the Ultimate Member defaults without going through wp-admin?

This is what I get with the folder renamed:
