logo not working

Did you already review the logo documentation at https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/100-customizr-theme-options-global-settings? Be sure your logo isn’t the wrong dimensions, etc.

Absolutely. This is the 3rd site I’ve built using this theme and on this one, I can’t get the logo to work.

Not at all and I’ve tried both modern and classic, removed the title, changed all the various options, etc. It shows up in all other templates and plugins, just not Customizr.

It doesn’t seem you’re using a child-theme, right?
Though I can see you modified the footer-credits template file since the default “Powered by [WordPress icon link]”() only says “Powered by” there…

Have you changed any other parent theme file?

Nope. Nothing. That’s the odd part about it. I’ve done very little with the site so far.

I see you’re using a caching system.
Have you already checked after disabling the caching system?

Absolutely. It’s been this way the entire time.

Is the logo at least shown in the customizer?
Appearance -> Customize -> Global Settings -> Site Identity : Logo, Title, Tagline and Site Icon:

Do you have any chance to test it on a staging clean website?

That’s the problem. This IS a clean website. I started with nothing but this theme and it’s never worked.

Well I meant another clean website, with a clean db, no plugins active, no nothing.
But I see your point.

I’ve tried to reproduce the issue several times with several files and configurations, no luck (or better, always worked)… :/

@airxmarketing any chance you share the logo file ?
Is this a specific format ?

I’ve tried it in jpg and png so that doesn’t help either.
