    After updating contact form 7 Recaptcha to v3 it has stopped the login recaptcha from working also.

    I’ve tried renaming the plugin using FTP with no luck.

    The error I’m getting is: ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key

    Is there a way of adding in the new API keys via the DB or FTP files?

    I think you have the wrong reCaptcha plugin form as this one does not give the error message “ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key”.

    The best way to disable a plugin preventing login is to delete it completely using ftp or similar.
