Module won’t save settings!

    Hi there! So I’ve updated the plug-in, but now the settings won’t save. If I want to deactivate the XML Sitemap option, after pressing the save button it stays active. Also, if I want to deactivate the indexing of some taxonomies, I click on deactivate, then save, and after that.. it’s still not saving.

    I have uninstalled the module (not just deactivating it, I have used the uninstall module), but the issue remains.

    Please provide the answers to the following:

    1. Have you performed a conflict check? If not, please do so. Did you discover a conflict?
    2. Does the issue occur when using a default theme with only Yoast SEO active?
    3. Does the issue occur with the current 4.9.x or 5.0.x version of WordPress?
    4. Does the issue occur with the current 9.4 version of Yoast SEO?
    5. Check for?JavaScript errors with your console.

    If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a?new GitHub issue?for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.
