View-all doesn’t work

Plugin works well using the Woocommerce option as opposed to the WordPress option but clicking View All displays no results. In my case the button takes me to this link: https://new.nothinfancy.ca/?s=chair&search_id=product&post_type=product — which displays no results.

If I shorten the link to: https://new.nothinfancy.ca/?s=chair&search_id=product
it works.

Any help?
