• Afternoon guys,

    We’ve been using your ticket support system since our inception (free, not pro due to our needs being low).

    Since the last update, we’ve noticed a number of issues.

    They are:

    General Setting>Support Icon – this has gone from being reasonable to HUGE in size

    Theme impact on colours – This is having an impact on the theme we’re using, i.e. widget titles/ burger menu links are showing in a blue rather than the chosen colour choice within our theme.

    Please can this be looked at. Simple aesthetics i appreciate, but for a small site, we’re keen on keeping the appearance of the site the same.

  • Hello, since last update support ticket free cant add new ticket with last WP and https.
    The page will load empty, withou forms to add a ticket.
    console says jquery is bloqued for mixed content

    I’m unsure if you think this is a thread for reporting bugs, however i’m highlighting bugs/issues that we’re experiencing with our site at present.
