Superscript shows as subscript in visual preview

My HTML is km², but in the visual preview the 2 shows as a subscript instead of a superscript. I sent a test email and it shows as a superscript in the email. I don’t know if this is something that can be fixed or not. Not a big deal since it sent correctly, but interesting that it shows differently in the preview.
