• I am loving this plugin.

But, I have one issue. I can’t seem to get a notification when someone fills out the form to submit a link. I have it sending to the admin and the user. I’ve tried a few different email addresses I have and checked my spam filter and haven’t gotten anything as the admin or the user.

Are there some additional email settings somewhere? Or maybe you can tell me what the “From” email is going to be so I can whitelist that one?

    Thanks for your help.

Is the web in question generating other kinds of e-mails? For example, is it sending e-mails to the admin when comments are posted to the site. Link Library uses the built-in wp_mail function. If you are having trouble getting e-mails, I would suggest installing a plugin such as Easy WP SMTP to configure your site to use an external mail server. That usually provides much more reliable e-mail sending.

Many web servers will have their e-mail simply ignored by gmail or other web mail services since they send e-mails that don’t look legit. Configuring a legit SMTP server and account usually corrects that.

Yes. Mail is delivering normally with other forms. I think that maybe a spam filter is blocking it after it leaves the server.

Can you tell me what the “From” email is on these? Or is there a place to set that? I’d like to create a rule to see if it helps before I change everything to SMTP.

    Thanks for the reply!

Sorry for lack of response on this issue. The From for the e-mail will be your site admin account. Same as the comment e-mails or any other e-mails you receive from your site. This is why I asked if you were getting these other e-mails.
