[Plugin: XML Google Maps] XML Google Map is deleted when page updated

Hi All,

I like the XML Google Map plugin, however when I add new content the page which contains the map and publish the page the map get deleted. Even when I click to the HTML editor view, then back to the visual editor the map gets deleted. :S

I paste in the <iframe> code from the map, is there another better way I should approach implementing a map?

If i create a google map using ‘my maps’ and paste the link in to the post (https://maps.google.com.au/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&msid=101872969587277582145.00046c8a35a650000999f&ll=-37.747881,144.959149&spn=0.025552,0.055618&z=15) This is displayed however it has the long url posted beneath it and the zoom is too close, so its less than ideal. However this does stay in place when the page is edited.

I am using wordpress 2.8 and the xml-google-maps.1.10.2 plug in.
