Can you first make sure that you followed the troubleshooting process described here : https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/please-read-before-posting-72/ ?
The most important part being to test any plugin conflict. Not WooCommerce which is needed of course.
Our demo websites displays WooCommerce products without problems on my end. Are you able to reproduce your problem on the demo site ?

Are you looking from an actual IOS device or are you looking from a desktop computer?
I have about 10 people who have checked on different iphones and they cannot mobile view the website – it appears as a series of blog posts with no picture and no content on the individual posts – pretty much just a title and nothing else .

I have tested for conflicts and turned off as many plugins as possible

Cache purged – no change

Jetpack mobile has been turned off .

@candyenvy do you still have the problem when the jetpack mobile is disabled ?

That’s pretty weird because the actual HTML of the grid of products is something produce by WooCommerce, not by the theme. This theme just has no code to make the WooCommerce shop appear like that :/
Does switching to a different theme, e.g. one of the default WordPress themes (twenty seventeen/twenty nineteen) solve the issue?
