Problem with Filters and Rules

Hi i have a strange problem.

I create a filter { if Category is equal to Pc then Exclude}
I save it and i see at xml that it works. The category “Pc” isnt there.

Now i go to add a rule and say {if Category contains “basketball” then category is “football”.

Now i refresh the xml and at xml i see the renamed category, but also i see the products of the excluded category and the strange is that at category name of the excluded product doesn’t show the Pc. It shows the “football”

Plugin Version 4.3.2
I use also wpml
