Changing between payment methods and update the total cart value

    Hello,

    [ Removed user ID and password ]

    The problem is, I have 2 payment methods: Bank and credit card.

    On the Credit Card option, I have an extra fee of 4.99% of the total, including shipping.

    The calculation is working fine. The only problem is when I change between the payment option before I hit Place Order, the Total Value of the cart don’t update automatically.

    Making an obvious confusion for the customer.

    I use the plugin “Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce” to make the calculation of the extra fee.

    Please, can you help to have the cart update when the customer change between option bank or credit card?

    @rfiuza Please do not post or require volunteers to use an ID and password to see or log into your site. Those get redacted when found. There are many ways to get help but asking people to log in isn’t safe.

    On this forum you can get support for the core WooCommerce plugin. The functionality you are referencing is not part of the WooCommerce plugin out of the box, so I’d recommend reaching out to the developer of the plugin you are using to add this functionality, to ask for help with this.

    Are you using the plugin by Algoritmika Ltd? If so, this is their support forum.

    You could also try switching plugins. I’d recommend the premium Payment Gateway Based Fees extension that is sold on WooCommerce.com.

    As a side, important note, please never share passwords to your website in a public forum, specially in plain text. You compromise the security of your site by doing so. Using strong passwords is also highly recommended.
