Forms not saving

Hello,
For some reason, when I create a Form, it shows as published even though they are not published and it never saves any of the Forms under All Forms.
What could the issue be?

Sure, this one screenshot should clarify. Notice it says 6 Forms are published even though none are published, but I have created 6 Forms and notice that it says No Forms Found, even though I clicked Save each time I created a Form.

Sorry I don’t see a way to embed the image, I tried, but this is the image on a page on the site.
