    Hi,

    I’m trying your plugin and it seems it doen’t clone the order completely.

    Let me explain:
    We have a shop with 5 languages. the main language is Dutch. The other extra languages are: DE, EN, ES and FR.
    I clone an order from a French customer and I see not all Meta is cloned.
    Also when I create a PDF from the order (when status is compleet), not everything is in the French language, like the productname etc. So it’s not an exact clone.
    Creating a PDF from the original order, everything is in the correct language.

    This is a problem with the PDF invoice because they go to the customer and have to be in the correct language.

    Is there a solution for this?

    Yes, there is a solution. I will give this ability in next version that you will be able to see all the available meta and you can choose that what meta fields you want to ignore and let others copied down to new. So please wait for the next version. I appreciate that you helped me to think about this feature.

    the last tab will work for you. But this feature cannot be enabled in FREE version because people will get disturb which are using this plugin with basic settings, they will get annoyed.

    I have release the next version but FYI, when i was working on it so i realized that meta_keys are completely cloned and copied down to the splitted orders already. I am still considering it beta version for this feature, will test it more and then will improve accordingly.

    I’ll ask my customer to pay for the plugin. Because it’s Sunday now, the earliest answer I can get is on Monday.

    Roland,

    No problem, but as i mentioned that everything is being cloned including all meta_keys correctly so you might will not require premium version. Premium version will be require for Rules tab and bulk split, clone and merge options.

    Hi Fahad,

    Just tested the updated free version. Unfortunatly, it’s still the same.
    The order is not 100% cloned. The order notes do have a different language (default site language) instead of the customer order language. Also the PDF is in the default site language. In the original order it’s in the customer language.

    Then i need to check meta of parent order. Let me add a new troubleshoot tab in new version so you can join me in troubleshooting, it would be a nice feature.

    Hi Fahad,

    Thanks for the update. Unfortunatly I do not see any difference.The meta is still in the main shop language instead of the second language in which the order is made.
