    Hello,

When i fill in a form, there should be sent a notification to the company e-mail so they can answer. I tested this with several e-mails but it’s only sending the notifications to one spicific e-mail. The e-mails i gave in are correct so why won’t they send it to the others?

    With kind regards,

    Joyce

  • Hi Joyce!

Form Maker plugin sends emails notifications through your website, using the mail server your web host provides. The plugin sets the content, senders, and recipients of these emails using its mail functions. However, it does not control the mail server of your web host.

If the emails to user or administrator are not reaching the inboxes of recipients, make sure to check the spam folders first. In some cases, the submission notifications are sent to spam boxes.

In case some of the emails are sent and received, this means, that the email functions of Form Maker plugin are working correctly. The cause of similar problems are the limitations on your web hosting.

Could you please contact your hosting provider regarding this? Make sure to share the solution they implement ??

    Cheers!
