shared taxonomy with woocommerce products

    I am currently working on a project where I have a shared taxonomy between a custom post type and woocommerce products. This is causing issues with the filtering. It loads archive-products.php when i click on filter and not the archive-custom_post_type.php. I created the custom post type and taxonomies with CPT UI plugin. Is there a solution or a fix for this. Many thanks

    Unfortunately the solution would be to not share the taxonomy.. It’s discouraged by most because it can cause all sorts of issues and limitations ??
