Looking for a “scroll to next option” product builder

Hello, not new to WordPress and mostly familiar with Woocommerce.

I am looking for a plugin that is able to scroll to the next option once a user fills in a field or a really solid option for a user to submit typed data into feilds and select product options all on one page.

For example: I am having a user submit an event.
After they fill the name of the event field, the screen advances to the time/date field automatically, along the way they are presented with options to add an upgrade to their submitted event like a souvenier or a printed poster (each with their own) options for color/quanity/style ect.

the data they type and fill in combined with the prpoduct atributes they choose is the product and then they pay. The notifcation I am sent has their details and we produce and gather their goods and then ship out.

It is crucial that they are guided along the way to fill in the required feilds and then be presented with options of items they can buy at the end, add them to cart and easily checkout.

What could I do to achieve this? Is there a plugin that does this natively? If so, could you give me some guideance or some leads? I dont know what the exact terminology is to call this method, but we see it often inside dedicated apps.

I briefly looked into creating something with GravityForms but it didnt seem to meet my needs and looked bad on a mobile device when trying to integrate with a one page checkout…it looked and felt too disconnected.

I have many return customers who want to order things but they must go through the steps so I can collect their data about their request first. Then present them with the prodcuts to add to the cart.

I know of a few methods to do this with product attributes, but it doesnt create a seamless experience for the user, I want the user to be able to fill the fields, add the product ad variables and then checkout very smoothly. possibly all calculated on one page or two at the most.

It also must be mobile “first” or at the least well coded for responsiveness, as users will only be visting from a smart device.

I know the single checkout page will have alot to do with my bank processor and I am prepared for that.
