• Every time this plugin updates it wipes out my custom counter in which case I have to re-upload the counter, or one of my staff do it and the counter ends up being broken till I get a call to fix it.

Can you make it so when it updates it doesn’t wipe out custom counters? or allow a custom counter folder that doesn’t get wiped on an update?

This would help a lot, thanks.

Not known what you mean, i have no problems.
The counter is stored into db, on a update the count will not updated.
The counter is set when no database exists, not on updates.
The Counter is set when you change the counter into config and activate the checkbox near the counter value field.

Check your access on db please.
    Tank you

When you deinstall the tool and reinstall the counter will be reseted. Is this your problem? Then: why you deinstall the tool? not needed on a update.

I not have this on my installations…
