    May i know is this website https://snapcreek.com/ is under your guys? Because i try email to the support team to ask about the product information but until now still no feedback at all. I fear after purchase pro package nobody will support me if got any problem.

    Yes. That site is affiliated with this product. It may be possible that your email ended up in spam. If you’re not getting a response with an email; try these two options:

    Do you happen to have a ticket number generated from the ticket system? We may be able to help out better with that. If you’re trying the support link it’s possible that the email could be getting caught in spam.

    Ok. Noted. If using Duplicator pro, can do like this:
    First of all, i will create a package then will install the package for my client using the installer.php.
    May be few month later, i want to do upgrade with the package by add in some new feature or plugin then i will need to upgrade for my client too. So in this case, how can upgrade the package for my client without changing any thing on the client website content and setting?
